    This package includes me training you 1-on-1 for an hour. 4 sessions per week, 16 sessions per month. It includes a designed diet program to help you reach your goal. Also, I will recommend a list of supplements if needed.

  • Vol. 2

    This package includes a weekly check-up and a diet program. You will receive a PDF designed especially for you. It includes the workouts and videos of how to do them! You also get to choose if you want it in dark or light colors! (How awesome ha!)
